By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or proceeding with any service.


1. Service Scope

We provide cosmetic wheel repair services including sanding, colour-matching, paint correction, and refinishing of alloy or steel rims using high-quality automotive-grade products.

Note: We do not offer structural repairs (e.g., bent rims, cracks, or welding) unless explicitly stated in writing.


2. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure all wheels are clean and accessible prior to the scheduled repair time.

It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any prior damage, repairs, aftermarket finishes, or coatings.

We are not liable for results affected by undisclosed modifications or incompatible finishes.


3. Colour Matching

While we strive to match original or requested colours as closely as possible, exact factory paint code matches cannot be guaranteed unless the paint code is specified and provided by the customer.

Minor variations may occur due to factors such as wear, fading, age, or lighting conditions.


4. Curing and Finish

Customers must not wash, polish, or apply any chemicals to the repaired area for a minimum of 7 days after completion to allow proper curing.

Final results depend on the wheel’s condition, prep quality, and the extent of prior damage. We aim for a professional finish but do not guarantee showroom-level perfection on all repairs.


5. Liability Disclaimer

While all work is performed with care and attention to detail, we are not liable for:

Damage caused by third parties after service completion.

Issues unrelated to surface finish, such as tyre wear, wheel balance, or alignment problems.

Any losses resulting from cosmetic imperfections where full restoration is not feasible.

Weather Conditions & Repaint 

While we use high-quality materials and professional techniques to ensure a durable finish, Rim Remedy is not liable for any damage, fading, or imperfections that occur due to weather conditions after the service has been completed.

Environmental factors such as rain, heat, moisture, road grime, or dust can affect the curing time and longevity of a freshly repainted surface. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow any care instructions provided and to take reasonable precautions to protect the wheels after completion of the service.

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept that Rim Remedy cannot be held responsible for post-service weather exposure or conditions that may impact the final appearance or durability of the paintwork.


6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a $30 call-out or rebooking fee.


7. Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or other approved payment systems.


8. Mobile Service Conditions

Where mobile service is provided:

The customer must ensure a flat, safe, and legally accessible workspace is available.

Services may be postponed due to unsafe weather, poor lighting, or unsafe site conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if the job cannot be performed safely.


9. Warranty

We offer a 30-day workmanship warranty covering refinishing services under normal driving and maintenance conditions.

Warranty exclusions include:

Re-exposure to curb rash, harsh chemicals, mechanical impact, or improper tyre fitting.

Use of pressure washers or abrasive cleaners on the repaired surface within the curing period.
