At Rim Remedy, all services are carried out with care and attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.Due to the nature of wheel repair services, we do not offer refunds once work has been completed.

 

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, please contact us within 48 hours of service, and we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a touch-up or correction.

Please note:

• Repairs are cosmetic in nature and may not restore wheels to factory-new condition in all cases
• Pre-existing damage, structural issues, or previous repairs may affect the final result
• Colour matching is done as closely as possible but may vary slightly depending on wheel condition and finish
