TERMS OF SERVICE

By booking or using Rim Remedy’s services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Service  
Rim Remedy provides cosmetic wheel repair services. While we aim for high-quality results, repairs may not restore wheels to factory-new condition in all cases.

2. Pre-existing Damage  
Customers acknowledge that wheels may have prior damage, wear, or previous repairs. Structural damage (such as cracks or bends) is not covered under standard cosmetic repair and may affect the final result.

3. Colour Matching  
We aim to match the original wheel colour as closely as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to fading, previous coatings, or manufacturer differences.

4. No Refund Policy  
All services are final. No refunds will be issued once work has been completed.  
If there is an issue with workmanship, customers must notify us within 48 hours. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a correction.

5. Customer Responsibility  
Customers must inspect the repair upon completion and raise any concerns before leaving or within 48 hours. Customers are responsible for ensuring their wheels are suitable for repair prior to booking.

6. Liability  
Rim Remedy is not liable for pre-existing damage or defects, or for issues that arise after repair due to external factors such as road conditions, cleaning chemicals, or impacts.

7. Bookings and Payments  
Payment is required upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise. Booking times are approximate and may be subject to change.

8. Acceptance  
By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
